Hi there! We are, Ditte and Benjamin (also known as DEP & BEP), a couple putting in and risking everything on chasing our dream: living our way of life. That entails lifting our roots in Denmark – quitting and selling everything – to live abroad and go all in on exploring the wide world, telling stories, and inspiring others through our many, diverse adventures. This including the 20+ trips we’ve already been on!

This is where our journey speaks in real time. These diary entries are written as we move, shaped by the days we are living rather than the stories we later choose to tell. They capture thoughts that surfaced on the trail, moments that lingered longer than expected, and reflections formed somewhere between fatigue, curiosity, and quiet appreciation.
Nothing here is polished or summarized for effect. Each entry is a small, honest window into where we are right now — emotionally, mentally, and physically. Over time, these fragments build a larger narrative of movement, change, and perspective. A story not curated in hindsight, but documented as it unfolds, one step at a time.

Day 38-77: Treevana… Wow, just wow
Was our thoughts when we finally arrived at Treevana in Cocles. We met the owners, Lori and Ricky, at a restaurant on the one real road there is here — their treat. Super nice people, and we got an amazing first impression of them (and hopefully the same the other way...
