What is a Quick Guide and why do you need it?

Sometimes it is nice to get a simple, short and easy overview. Every Quick Guide you’ll see below is our version of just that. The idea has its origin from our own travel research and experiences throughout the years. More or less every time we go on a trip (okay, you know us, we’ll correct ourselves and admit it is every time haha), we try to gather the most important need-and-nice-to-know information about the destination ahead of us. 

That often takes several hours or even days to collect from various different sites and sources. And some things we seek answers to, info about or explanations to, we haven’t been able to find out beforehand. Traveling is a lot of learning-by-doing.

Therefore, we have made for you, what we wish we had for ourselves. A really short overview of the information we spent time researching or collected from our travel experiences. The content varies quite a lot in each of them; from info about renting a car and driving yourself, to attractions, what to wear, where to go, when to go, hidden gems, must do’s, our favorite locations, things to avoid or how to and much more. 

In other words: the guides below include the carefully selected information that we think you should know in regard to the specific destination – both if you’ve already planned a trip but certainly also if you are looking for inspiration about one or more. No matter the case, we urge you to check out several guides, as every destination we’ve visited is amazing in its own way.
